in this
to be this
doing this
to make this
but I was successfully did this
instead of this
wuwuwuwu~~~
however, I wish I could be this, full time (now 0.0005 time, perhaps?)
Along my journey of 4 years being an employee, and an employer (to Bibik) eventually I realize that, both employer-employee need a win-win situation. We always talk about job security, but not everyone really responsible on his/her job, just for the sake of ‘having job’. In my organization currently, they are practising what GE had practices, by getting rid of the bottom 10% of the workforce, as what had been said by Jack Welch “If you have 16 employees, at least 2 are turkeys”.
The 10% bottom will be picked up from each job grade, meaning that the employees would compete between each other in the same level to perform. It will get rid of the non-performers, and motivate the other 90% to perform better and better.
So no more lepak2 sambil bekerja or freestyle working. Everyone has to compete and be at the top of everything, meeting KPIs and making him/herself visible, plus involving in any other activities, not only in everyday job.
Looking form the both sides, for employees, this might be defensive, demotivate and cruel. But from the business side, if you don’t move aggresively and do not improve, you won’t go anywhere and might be in danger. Imagine if you have a maid who doesn’t know how to sapu lantai, would you consider a rise or find another maid who you know can sapu lantai perfectly?
On top of that, as long as we are makan gaji, have to follow the flow je la, except, being a self-employed
So, let’s tag Kekanda2ku : Siti Sifir, Fid, KNV, M-I-O and Mama Ryan
