I think I never celebrate my blog anniversary :)) It’s been 2 years 3 months now. OK la kot, celebrate the anniversary by reminiscing its chronicle…
I’d been writing blogs for quite some time, but it was no other than just write and dump, write and dump, until I ‘established’ (tak establish pun lah..) Sitilina[dot]blogspot. Sitilina was a rojak blog lah. I change the theme several times until now it is almost rest in peace. Almost.
I started to write this blog in February 2007, on the 11th. After I got POSITIVE result for my pregnancy test. It was then inspired by my senior who wrote about her pregnancy in a special blog. Macam best je.
Actually it was my voice to my dear baby in my tummy, so I always use ‘I’ to pronounce myself, and ‘you’ to refer to the baby (it was Hafiy!). Furthermore, back then I was not confident to ‘write to the readers’ because I don’t think anybody would like to read my blog 😀 Until now I think I never write as ‘Hello Readers!’ because I assume all who read my blog are my friends. It is warmer that way, unless I am a columnist in any newspaper or magazine 🙂
After many months of writing my experience, I got many thank you remarks from my friends who claimed ‘inspired’ by my writings, especially on breastfeeding. LOL. When Nana came to our Miri house last time, she said “Aku baca blog mu la jadi semangat nok BF anok aku!”. Alhamdulillah, at least this blog brings some benefit, if not for all 😉 Thanks friends, you fill me up!
I choose to write about family : pregnancy, breastfeeding, parenting, finance and some others, not to say that I am good in those, but since our lifestyle are unique, when I write something and get several comments, it benefits me too! And I believe it will benefit others who read those comments.

I try as much as possible to be in line with the theme I choose for my blog, about family life, because it is near to everybody. Everybody has a family, isn’t it?
And now Fahry add more spices in this blog, cos once in a while, I’ll write about my special baby… And I think (perasan je lebey) some of my friends are waiting for Fahry’s stories. It’s not that I am ‘using’ him, cos out there lots of mothers blog about their special children, to share our experience and to tell the world that there’s nothing wrong with our babies. It’s just they have special features that not everybody has 😉
On top of that, I really love to write, eventually love to share my little knowledge about anything. And also to spread good things those I know and practice. Like what you always say, ‘sharing is caring’.
If I say I don’t drive traffic, macam tipu la kan. Especially since I have Nuffnang and Adsense, if not driving traffic, cemana nak dapat income kan? But I really really want to give only good things for my fellow friends who read my blog, maybe usually I merapu jugak. Tapi, siapalah aku ini… Bukan famous blogger pun. Nobody knows me pun 🙂
But I’m very blessed for writing a blog, I made lots of friends, and see lots of opportunities to help others.
My ultimate blogging dream is to be featured in a book like this:
Ahahaha berangan sungguh. Tapi kalau tak dari seribu impian, mana datangnya kenyataan kan? Alangkah indahnya donia… Kalau gitu memang tak sia-sia daku terbongkok- bongkok menaip setiap hari!
Bukan senang nak menaip, tambah dengan masa yang tight dan mouse yang tidak memberi kerjasama…
Ada sesiapa bole memberi petua untuk jadi blogger yang berjaya?
