We were MAS users yang tegar when we were stationed in Miri. Travelling by MAS from East Malaysia to West Malaysia, plus the kids was a great experience, not only with the friendly stewardess, but also the foods! Oh I like MAS food 😀 And because of the frequent travel, I even could tell the MAS travelling time to some locations without referring to its schedule!
And even if now we’ve moved to KL, but still we need this service to go back to my hometown for Hari Raya. The road will be so cramp with Kelantanese who want to beraya di kampung. We rather pay some bucks for a nice 55-minute flight rather than bear with almost-20-hours-or-more journey by car! (highway, we need highway!).

So now, booking flights with MAS is very very easy. So now we don’t have to worry for any urgent/emergency/last minute arrangement travels because we can add one more in our list:
- From the ticket counter (MAS office)
- Logon to www.malaysiaairlines.com
- Phone call
- Handphone, flymas.mobi!
MAS ticket is expensive? Not anymore if you get yourself updated with the Deals & Offers. One tips and trick is, if you’re using Malaysian Airlines website, sign up as members for Get-the-Deal for cheaper price!
Booking ticket in advance will also give you priority to get good deals and cheaper flight tickets. But, mind you that if you can’t change your ticket (for free) unless you get a premium ticket.
If you wish to travel with children, for babies under 2 years old, the fare is 10% of adult fare and for 2-12 years old, they entitled for 75% of adult fare. (Hafiy is not entitled for 10% of my fare anymore… whuuuuu~).
So if you want to have a plane journey, do it now! While your kids are still under 2 years old 😛
*Hmm… I heard that CIMB Preferred Member entitle a special lounge at the airport (KLIA CIMB Preferred Lounge) if they travel with MAS. Is it exclusive than the Golden Lounge! Oh I wish I am rich enough to register with CIMB Preferred! Or, will they get the priority to enter MAS airbus?
